FlutterFlow Development Agency

We build production apps in FlutterFlow, we have for years, and we wrote the guides other FlutterFlow developers search for. If you need a FlutterFlow team rather than a tutorial, this is the page.

Team of the Year

4 people

Nanaimo, Tbilisi, Beirut, Nairobi. You talk to the people who build it.

Most FlutterFlow agencies are a FlutterFlow developer and a website. We are a software studio that happened to standardize on FlutterFlow because, for the kind of apps founders and small businesses actually need, it is the fastest route to something real that you own outright. We have shipped apps on it for research institutions, marketplaces, health and wellness companies, and founders who had never hired a developer before.

What we build in FlutterFlow

MVPs for founders

A working prototype in about two weeks. A real MVP on the App Store and Google Play in six to twelve. Firebase or Supabase behind it, and the Flutter code exports so it is yours.

Production apps with AI in them

Voice, vision, language models, wired into a FlutterFlow front end properly. HearWB runs Google’s Gemini audio model inside a FlutterFlow app used in clinical trials.

Internal tools and dashboards

The system that replaces the spreadsheet. Bookings, tracking, admin, reporting — built for one business, on the same stack, in weeks rather than quarters.

Rescues

A FlutterFlow project someone else started and did not finish, or finished badly. We take those on. The first step is a plain assessment of whether it is worth saving.

Proof, not promises

HearWB · National Acoustic Laboratories, Australia

An assistive listening app for adults with hearing loss, built on FlutterFlow with a Firebase backend, Google’s Gemini audio model, and Apple and Google sign-in — plus a content management system so researchers could publish without a developer. Nine months from kickoff to version 1.0. Four hundred clinical trial participants. NAL Team of the Year, 2024.

Why FlutterFlow — and when we would tell you not to use it

We are not neutral about this, so here is the honest version.

Use it when you need a real app on both stores quickly, you want to own the code rather than rent a platform, you will be iterating on the product for a while, and your budget is a founder’s budget rather than an enterprise’s. That describes most of the people who call us, which is why we standardized on it. The exported code is standard Flutter, so you are never trapped — a Flutter developer anywhere in the world can pick it up.

Do not use it when your app is mostly a deep native feature — heavy real-time video, hardware integrations, AR — or when you are at the scale where you have a native engineering team and the constraint is them, not speed. In those cases we will say so on the first call. It is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month four.

The thing most FlutterFlow shops will not tell you: FlutterFlow is fast to start and easy to make a mess of. The difference between a FlutterFlow app that scales and one that has to be rebuilt at 5,000 users is architecture decided in week one — how the data is modelled, what lives in the app versus the backend, how state is handled. That is what you are paying an agency for. The drag-and-drop part anyone can do.

How we work, and why it is faster than it used to be

  1. A thirty-minute call. You describe the thing. We tell you whether FlutterFlow is right for it and roughly what it takes. No deck, no proposal theatre.
  2. A prototype, about two weeks. Something you can tap through on your phone and show to the people whose opinion matters.
  3. The build, six to twelve weeks for an MVP. Weekly demos. You see it grow. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
  4. Launch and after. App Store and Google Play submission, then a plain choice: we keep iterating with you, or we hand over clean code and documentation and you take it from there. Both are fine.

We also build with Claude connected directly to FlutterFlow through MCP — we wrote up how, and the write-up is one of the more-read things on this site. In practice it means the repetitive parts of a build happen in hours instead of days, and the hours we bill you are the ones that need a human deciding something.

What you get

  • The code. Exported Flutter, in your repository, with documentation. It is yours from day one.
  • The accounts. FlutterFlow, Firebase or Supabase, the App Store and Play Store listings — all in your name, not ours.
  • The people. The four of us. No account manager, no offshore team you never meet, no hand-off to someone junior after the sale.
  • A plain answer on what it costs after the first call, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Questions people ask before they hire a FlutterFlow agency

How much does a FlutterFlow app cost to build?

It depends almost entirely on scope, and anyone who quotes you a number before understanding the scope is guessing. What we can say: a prototype is about two weeks of work, an MVP six to twelve, and you get a fixed written quote after a thirty-minute call — not a range that doubles later. Use the build planner for a rough timeline before you talk to anyone.

Do I own the code?

Yes. FlutterFlow exports standard Flutter code and we put it in a repository you control. Every account — FlutterFlow, backend, app stores — is in your name. If we vanished tomorrow, you would be inconvenienced, not stranded.

Can you take over a FlutterFlow project someone else started?

Often, yes. The first step is a short, honest assessment: what is salvageable, what has to be redone, and whether starting fresh would actually be cheaper. We will tell you either way.

FlutterFlow or custom Flutter?

For most founder-stage and small-business apps, FlutterFlow — because the output is Flutter anyway and you get there three times faster. For apps built around a deep native feature, custom Flutter or native, and we will say so. We build both.

Do you work with FlutterFlow’s AI features and Dreamflow?

Yes, and we write about them as they land. The honest position is that they speed up scaffolding and slow down nothing; the architectural decisions that make an app hold up at scale are still made by a person.

Where are you, and does it matter?

Nanaimo, British Columbia, with teammates in Tbilisi, Beirut and Nairobi. We have shipped for clients in Australia, the United States, the Gulf and across Canada. For a FlutterFlow build it does not matter where you are; it matters that you can reach the people doing the work, and you can.
