From a blank screen to a plan in a minute

Pick a few things you want done, say what you are working towards, and how you like a plan written. By the time you land on your list, each thing already has its first steps and a question waiting.

Watch the first minute

One real thing per clip

Each one is under thirty seconds. Tap a clip for the full story, the exact words we typed, and a link you can send to someone who needs it.

02

Say the thing. Get the steps.

One line, typed the way you would say it out loud. From the word "urgent" it set the priority and the date, wrote five steps, and asked the one thing it needed to know.

03

Answer one question. The plan changes.

The partner asks the one thing that actually changes the plan. Tap an answer and the steps are rewritten in front of you, with a short note of what has been agreed so far.

04

Today. Only today.

Focus Mode shows what is due today and nothing else. Tick a small step, or push something to tomorrow with one tap. There is no clever guessing here, just facts.

Photograph the list on the fridge

Point the camera at paper, a whiteboard, or a screenshot of another app. It reads the items back to you before adding anything, then spreads them across your week.

At a desk, it is a board and a week

Same account on a computer: drag a card to start it, drag it to a day to move it. The partner and its questions come along, whichever screen you are at.

07

Hand it to someone

Add anyone by email, or copy a link and send it on WhatsApp. They see the same steps. Nothing lands on their board until they accept it.

08

Teach it how you work

Twenty quick questions, one screen each: when you work best, how full your days are, what usually stops you. Every plan after that fits you a little better.

In your language

Thirty languages, including right-to-left ones. Change it any time in Settings and the whole app flips, not just the labels. Your list stays exactly as you wrote it.

Your data, your call

Notifications you can count on one hand, a plain privacy policy inside the app, and a delete button that removes your account and everything on it.

Your data, your call

Privacy and security, in plain words. What leaves your phone, who can see what, and how to leave.

What leaves your phone

Your goals and your messages to the partner are sent to Google Vertex AI so plans and replies can be written. Google does not train its models on them. Voice notes are read once and deleted from our servers in the same request; what we keep is the text they produced.

Who sees what

Only the people you invite to a specific thing see it, and nothing lands on their board until they accept. Everything else on your list is yours alone. Invite by email or copy a link; you decide who gets it.

Notifications you can count on one hand

What is due today, and when someone shares something with you or answers an invite. In the app’s own words: “Nothing else, ever.” Both switches live in Settings and start off.

Leaving is one row in Settings

“Delete Account: permanently remove your account and data.” No email to support, no waiting. The privacy policy and the terms are one tap away in the same list. Watch the thirty-second tour →
