Build Journey Estimator
See your build before you talk to anyone.
Four taps, two minutes, zero sales pitch. Watch your timeline assemble itself — then take it with you.

Thirty free minutes gets you everything the estimator shows, plus answers a tool can't give — feasibility, sensible first steps, and honest advice if we're not the right fit.
Timeline questions, straight answers
The reasoning behind the estimator's numbers.
How long does it take to build an app in 2026?
Shorter than most founders expect, and longer than most ads claim. With modern tooling — FlutterFlow, Firebase, Supabase, and AI-accelerated development — most MVPs ship to the App Store and Google Play in 5–7 weeks. A full-featured product with payments, AI features, and an admin dashboard typically lands in the 6–12 week range. Those numbers come from 40+ shipped apps, not from a sales script.
What makes an app build take longer?
Four things, in order of impact: integrations with external systems (payment providers, legacy databases, third-party APIs each add real time), compliance and review cycles (health data, financial data, and app-store review rounds), platform breadth (mobile plus web is genuinely more surface to test), and — the big one — moving scope. A feature list that changes weekly resets the clock in ways no methodology can absorb.
What makes a build faster?
Ruthless scoping is worth more than any tool: an MVP that does one thing completely beats a half-finished everything-app. After that: existing documentation (sketches, competitor references, a written user flow), fast decisions from the founder, and a stack chosen for speed. Cross-platform from a single codebase means we build once, not twice.
How accurate is this estimator?
It gives honest ranges, not promises — based on the actual distribution of our past builds. Your discovery call sharpens the estimate to your specific project, free, in thirty minutes. If the real answer is likely to differ from the estimator's range, we'll tell you on that call and explain why.
I don't know my feature list yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all — skip anything you're unsure about and the estimator assumes a lean scope. Most founders discover their real feature list in the discovery call anyway, usually by removing things. Starting lean is the single best predictor of shipping on time.
