Vesara Vis Privacy Policy
Effective date: 23 September 2026
Controller: Dr. Christoph Kind, British Columbia, Canada
Contact: support@infiniteup.dev
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, sign-in provider (email, Google or Apple), and a profile photo if you add one.
- Wellness information you enter: baseline questionnaire answers (adapted from the RAND SF-36), daily questions, weekly resilience statements, heart-rate-variability readings (from a wearable or a manual pulse count), completed or skipped action steps, and your messages to Kind.
- Documents you upload to the Health Vault (for example lab results or prescriptions) and the AI-generated summaries of them.
- Scores and insights we calculate from the above (Vitality, Physical, Mental, Energy, Vis Resilience and related measures).
- Technical data: device type, app version, crash and usage logs.
This is sensitive personal information. We collect it only with your consent and only to provide the App to you.
2. How we use it
- To run the App: calculate your scores, generate insights and action steps, and answer your questions in Kind chat.
- To keep your account working and secure, and to respond to support requests.
- To improve the App using aggregated, de-identified statistics.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Artificial intelligence
Insights, action steps, document summaries and Kind’s replies are generated by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) that processes the relevant parts of your data on our behalf under contract. Your data is not used to train their models.
4. Where your data lives
The App runs on Google Firebase (Google Cloud). Your data is stored in Canada and protected in transit and at rest. Uploaded documents are kept in a private folder that only your account can read.
5. Who we share with
Service providers that help us run the App: Google Firebase for hosting, authentication and storage; Anthropic for AI features; Apple and Google for app distribution and any subscriptions. Each is bound to use your data only for that purpose. We also disclose data where the law requires it. Dr. Kind’s clinic does not see your App data unless you separately choose to share it.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account (Profile > Delete My Account) permanently removes your profile, answers, readings, scores, chats and uploaded documents within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.
7. Your rights
Under Canada’s PIPEDA and British Columbia’s PIPA you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, or complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Email support@infiniteup.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The App is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections, per-user access rules and restricted staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
10. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and, if they are material, notify you in the App.
