The challenge
Piki (Go Portal) is a mobile-first marketplace where users buy credit-based subscriptions to book from a vetted pool of local providers — handymen, yoga instructors, massage therapists, private tutors. A genuinely dual-sided product: customers, vendors, and platform operators each need their own workflows, rules, and economics.
The approach
We built the full stack: a customer app and vendor app in FlutterFlow on Firebase, plus a web-based admin portal for vendor approvals, pricing configuration, and financial reporting. The heart of the platform is its credits system — monthly plans issue platform credits that can be redeemed, accumulated up to four months, or topped up, with non-subscribers buying credits at a markup.
Vendors get admin-controlled onboarding paths by service type, self-managed availability and booking rules, and post-service invoicing. Google Places API geo-restricts listings city by city, real-time push notifications carry every booking event, and Stripe handles payments alongside cash and credit options.
The outcome
An agile, milestone-based build covering all three applications — design through deployment — with six months of post-deployment support included. One team, one architecture, three coordinated products.
