The challenge

Motorcyclists rely on disjointed platforms — social media groups, outdated directories, manual searches — to find events, services, and deals. PodiumUp set out to fix that fragmentation with a single mobile and web platform, and needed a partner who could deliver a standout UI, a map experience beyond native capabilities, complex listing logic, and tiered monetization — while requirements kept evolving.

The approach

We led full-cycle development in FlutterFlow: a clean, scalable design system with light and dark modes, deployed across iOS, Android, and web. The signature feature is an advanced custom map — grayscale styling with orange route overlays, categorized business pins, filters by state, category, and subscription tier, and support for promoted listings. Fully interactive, fully branded, and rare territory for FlutterFlow.

A Firebase backend powers events, deals, and jobs; Stripe handles multi-tier subscriptions; Google and Apple sign-in cover mobile auth. We also consulted on AI strategy — deploying AI-generated content like FAQs today, with automated listing generation and data enrichment mapped for tomorrow.

The outcome

PodiumUp launched successfully across all platforms, with over 100 design, functionality, and QA fixes delivered through a rapid iteration model — and a monetization architecture positioned for growth in key U.S. markets and international expansion.
