The challenge

The Canadian real estate market is crowded with intermediaries, creating a high-friction environment for property owners. Founder Symon More envisioned Reboo: a platform where apartment and condo owners sell directly to buyers, no realtors required. The hard part wasn’t listings — it was earning enough user trust to carry complex legal negotiations inside an app.

The approach

We engineered a scalable, mobile-first MVP for iOS and Android on FlutterFlow and Firebase. The core is a two-tiered negotiation engine embedded in real-time chat: a Quick Offer flow where four fields — price, settlement date, deposit, and conditions — trigger seller interest, and on mutual acceptance, a Full Purchase & Sale Agreement that unlocks with conditional logic and colour-coded role ownership guiding each party through the legal fields.

Around it: Stripe payments in Canadian dollars for listing creation, a timezone-aware “open hours” component for in-person viewings, Google Maps integration for location-based filtering, and an architecture deliberately structured for future AI — property Q&A, legal-form validation — without rebuilding.

The outcome

Core MVP functionality delivered within the targeted scope — and the app passed both the Apple App Store and Google Play reviews on the first try. For a product whose entire pitch is trust, that quality bar was the point.
