The challenge
Vitalizer, a Florida-based wellness company, needed a mobile-first telehealth platform: AI-powered health assessments, virtual care, and community-based wellness, with accessibility and multilingual support baked in. The whole build — design, architecture, integrations, QA, and user training — was contracted as a 45-day sprint.
The approach
We used the OpenAI API as a first-touch assistant: contextual health check-ins, triage logic, and adaptive mental-wellness support that routes users to live care when they need it. Google Places API powers a provider and services marketplace — nearby clinics, counseling, and pharmacies contextualized to each user’s profile.
Modular wellness programs (physical health, mental wellness, nutrition, skincare) unlock as users complete onboarding and assessments, while integrated telehealth interfaces handle virtual consultations and teletherapy. Stripe WebView manages subscriptions with a free-trial flow designed for accessibility and legal clarity, all on a Firebase backend.
The outcome
Vitalizer shipped live on iOS, Android, and web. All IP transferred to the client at final payment, backed by a three-month post-launch warranty — a clean, complete handover on a sprint timeline most teams wouldn’t quote.
